What the hell is Tender Gooch?

The Gooches are a lot of things but mostly, it’s a motley crew of riders and racers who’ve come together on the roads and trails of Austin. The Gooches will ride anything; pavement, gravel, grass, single track, rock gardens… it doesn’t really matter as long as there is beer waiting at the end of the ride.  Roll with us here for a while or piss off, it’s your choice.

The Short-bus Superheros:

Corey – Even though he is loud and annoying, we still tolerate him.

Bill – Best known for his refusal to follow directions on a ride, anyone have a demo SS 29er he can have? Seriously?  UPDATE: SS has arrived, waiting on …what?  …PAINT?!?  WTF?!? Seriously?

Tim – aka “Facehurtin’” refuses to race, just shows up at races to ride them.  He loves Thumper so much he kissed it recently.

Sean – Shaved the moustache and his legs, lost all his mojo.

James – Old and slow, but getting faster now that he has white wheels!

Russell - Out of town fast bastard. We don’t see him enough at the nightly club meetings.

Matt – aka “Chugger” has lost so must weight he’s unrecognizable; try to pick him out at the TMBRA Spring Series races!  UPDATE: He’s gained it back!

Greg – “Uncle Fuzz” is nuts. 192 miles at Old Pueblo? WTF?!?  Seven Days on the CTR?  WTF?!?
